About this WorkshopThis 90-minute Do-Nothing Meditation (DNM) workshop takes a practical look at your inner game and shows you how to access your innate wisdom and creativity to help with work and personal goals. It also helps you feel more grounded and avoid burnout.

Do-nothing meditation is like a meditation for non-meditators—or, as people often say, “It feels like I’m cheating.”

What to Expect

🌵We’ll explore how do-nothing meditation can become your favorite tool, including how it’s different from traditional meditation and how to effortlessly integrate it as an “always on” habit.

🌵 You’ll learn to use DNM to see past brain chatter to develop creative solutions and make decisions with little effort.

What to Know or Bring

  • Plan to turn your phone off so you can learn undisturbed. If a situation requires you to have it on silent mode to be notified of a call, feel free to do so, and step out and take it as needed.
  • We’ll do a few short meditations. Feel free to do as much or as little as feels comfortable. Likewise, with discussions, feel free to participate to the desired degree.

About Our Facilitator
Lisa Esile is the co-author/illustrator of Whose Mind Is It Anyway? Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Life. She has a master’s degree in science and spent a year doing DNM, which surprised everyone, including her. Lisa grew up in New Zealand and lives in Tucson with her husband, daughter, and dog, Cali.
