The goal of the Tucson Young Professional Alliance is to create a strong support system to communicate and host Young Organizations in Tucson. When the leaders gathered it was unanimous that we needed to develop a way for all young groups in the area and supporters groups among professional organizations to collaborate and share events in one area to really connect all the groups/professional events going on in the Tucson area.

Tucson Young Professionals
The focus of Tucson Young Professionals is to provide members with opportunities to build relationships with the local community. TYP is a place for the next generation of leaders to share their ideas, test their insight and participate in a dynamic conversation. This will not only provide young professionals with a voice, but an outlet for affecting change.
Wildcat For Life
CactusCats is the Tucson Chapter of the University of Arizona Alumni Association. CactusCats is a great way for local alumni to stay connected. Chapter events include game watching parties, networking mixers & community service events.
Tucson Association of REALTORS: Young Professional Network
The Tucson Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network helps young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in four core areas, REALTOR® associations, the real estate industry, with peers and in the community.
United Way Young Leaders Society
The United Way Young Leaders Society is an organization of passionate young professionals who are actively seeking ways to Connect, Serve & Lead to make a positive and lasting impact throughout our community. This unique and dynamic group offers its members many ways to become involved in making a difference in people’s lives in Tucson and Southern Arizona.

Urban Land Institute: Young Leaders Group
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is the preeminent, multidisciplinary international real estate organization. ULI facilitates an open exchange of ideas, information, and experience among local, national, and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places.
The Pima County Bar Association Young Lawyers
The Pima County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (YLD) is a group of attorneys who have been in practice for less than 5 years and/or are under the age of 36. By joining the Pima County Bar Association attorneys are automatically a member of the YLD at no additional cost. In addition to membership in YLD, PCBA membership affords opportunities for networking, professional growth and a myriad of community service programs in which one can participate.
YESnet is a support network for Raytheon employees who have less than
five years of work experience. Our functions are to provide new hire
outreach programs, program contacts, speakers, social events, and
communication with upper management.
