About Ryan Flannagan:

Ryan Flannagan, CEO of Nuanced Media and former board member of Tucson Young Professionals, has championed the entrepreneurial spirit, providing a unique vision when conducting business consulting and strategic marketing campaigns. This has resonated well at Nuanced Media. Since starting the company six years ago, the firm has accumulated numerous awards and an international client base.

Ryan is passionate about thought leadership, sharing experiences and collaboration in the digital space. He utilizes his in-depth market analysis capabilities and understanding of complex technologies to provide candid direction that focuses on the bottom line.

Thank you for your interest in the Tucson Young Professionals Mentorship Program 2017! We are so excited to offer this opportunity to our TYP community. In order to participate you MUST be a member of Tucson Young Professionals. Please complete the application below – Space is limited for each session. We will notify the participants of acceptance as soon as possible after the application deadline.

The member cost for the Program will be $25 due by the start of the Program in February (link to be provided upon acceptance).

Arts for All

Tucson Young Professionals provides a year-end gift to the Arts for All Executive Director, Marcia Berger; Board President, Issac Rothschild; and program participant Michelle. TYP recently held a joint Holiday Party and Fundraiser to benefit the Arts for All Foundation, and matched the proceeds donation for a total donation of $500.
Arts for All remains our Philanthropic Partner until June, 2017, so be on the look out for more unique opportunities to give back to such a special and needed community organziation!

Over the past 15 years, Mitch Pisik has been President and CEO of 4 Private Equity-owned Companies – 1 in New York, 2 in Texas, and 1 in Arizona.

He is also running TM International. TMI is one of Tucson’s largest manufacturers that is headquartered in Tucson. They manufacture and sell a vast array of innovative, trademarked, and licensed products – in 65,000 retail stores and in 84 countries.

Mitch Pisik

Mitch won the 2016 Leader of the Year from the Society of Human Resource Management and was a finalist for the 2016 and the 2015 Copper Cactus Business Leader of the Year for Southern Arizona.

Prior to being a CEO he held a multitude of Senior Level Executive positions for multi-billion dollar global companies including:

  • Newell Rubbermaid
  • Kraft

He is an active Board Member of several private, public, and not-for-profit companies. He has conducted business in over 3 dozen countries

About Manny Teran:

Mr. Teran, a successful entrepreneur, engineer, and businessmanHeadshot of Manny Teran, Aztera CEO, has nearly 15 years of direct operating experience in high technology companies, serving in technical, business development, and leadership roles. As a previous District Sales Manager for National Instruments and during his time with a large systems integrator, he has successfully led projects ranging from small data acquisition systems to multimillion dollar
aerospace and automotive test cells. Mr. Teran’s vast industry experience encompasses roles within the aerospace/military, industrial, clean tech, automotive, medical device, software, cloud computing, and electronic markets. Mr. Teran is able to harness his diverse background and leadership talents to develop and drive creative solutions to Aztera’s clients. Mr. Teran is a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Arizona and stays active with the University of Arizona Alumni Association as part of the governing council.
